This is a consulting assignment with start as soon as possible and which lasts until August 2021 .This position is full time and the location is Stockholm.
Broad description:
As the Customer Excellence Specialist, you will be managing the daily communication and interactions with our customers and maintain the strong and good relationships we always continue building. You have the overall responsibility for the end to end order chain (Order to Cash). The role includes order management, settlements, invoicing, system checks, weekly and quarterly meetings with customers.
You will be working across different product groups together with Key Account Managers, Supply Chain and Customers. It is therefore important that you are good at creating relations and thinking service minded.
The role includes a back-office part where you will make sure that all orders enter the system all the way to invoicing without any errors, this part also includes a month end closure.
In order to succeed in this, you will have to establish a close cooperation with both internal and external stakeholders and frequently follow up on result versus targeted KPI 's.
Main responsibilities:
• First point of contact towards the customers for order and service-related questions
• Manage all emails and telephone calls both external and internal.
• Ensure that ordet to cash process is followed
• Quarterly and weekly calls with our main customers
• Claim management
• Billbacks
• Be responsible for month end closure
• Build on a good relationship both with you internal stakeholders but as well external
• A key player on driving our service KPI 's
• Preparing weekly reports both internally and externally
• Calculating service target fee 's on a monthly basis
• Planning holiday deliveries together with internal logistics and the warehouse
• Delivery creations
• Follow up on quality incidents
Requirements and what we are looking for:
• Relevant experience and knowledge in Wholesaler management
• Skills in similar role (order management and customer relationships)
• Problem solution orientated
• SAP skills is an advantage
We a looking for an outgoing and driven personality who is service minded. You are excellent in english and have stron excel skills. You are analytical and structured as a person. To suceed in this role uou have good communication skills and experience from system- & data.
