General Manager, Senior Sales proffessional responsible for end to and management of the CT including Sales, internal process, asset management etc. customer to buy. Creates and manages customer relationship for most strategically important accounts.
Main responsibility area
Qwner of the customer relationship of large CTs, responsible for relationship, strategy and coordination of NSN contacts with the customer
Accountable for business execution, after sales and managing the account including all internal processes (e.g. strategy, demand planning, project execution, sales, resource management, incl. Bid manager staffing according to bid resource guidance)
Provides goals and leadership for the people working in the CT and ensures that the CT works efficiently
Job Description: Swedish, Danish, English and Norweigen languages, leadership skills, deep knowladge ot technology, impact and influence.
Result driven, good communication skills.
Additional Requirements: Master in Sales Management 5-8 years of relevant experience
Ability to take responsibility for solution delivery
Capability of working at a high-level solution as well as in low-level details if required
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to manage project/customer expectations and deadlines
Strong problem solving skills
Able to manage lots of interfaces and stakeholders internally as well as externally in the company
Ability to initiate and drive complex tasks until the end
Significant operational experience in either IT or Telco Operator environments
Knowledge of respective network products
Experience in pre-sales activities (bid preparation, solution description, work estimation, etc.)
Experience in integration services & projects
Are able to create strategic technology visions for our customer and serve in the role as the "trusted advisor"
English - good written and verbal communication skills
