hela Sverige Are you an experienced and driven CRM expert focused on MS Dynamics CRM and/or Salesforce? Would like to move from a consulting role and focus on owning and developing a product and product area?

Your role:
As a CRM specialist, you will join the Integrations team that develops, manages and implements integrations (Apsis for Dynamics CRM and Apsis for Salesforce) for a rapidly growing number of customers. Focus is on MS Dynamics CRM and Salesforce.com, and other customer data environments might also be on the agenda.
You will work close to product development on both architectural and hands-on level, engage in customer cases, manage projects and develop/create solutions for customers. Other responsibilities include:
Plan and conduct workshops
Participation in pre-sales activities
Educate and develop customers to achieve success

Skills and passion:
As a person you are keen to increase your knowledge of various technologies. You enjoy working collaboratively, love to share your ideas and are comfortable receiving feedback from others. You feel comfortable in a fast-paced environment that constantly develops/evolves.. Does that sound like you?

Experience in training and consulting

Place of work:
This position is based in Malmö. We need you to be flexible to occasionally travel to our other offices as well as to customers' sites.
