About the role Our client is now seeking a CRM Marketing Specialist, with experience from 1-1 digital marketing having the fundamental understanding of coordinating and executing digital campaigns and activities to drive retention. As a CRM Specialist, you will be responsible for defining and leading different CRM programs and campaign activities.
Main tasks & responsibilities Define, develop and lead CRM projects to drive retention, loyalty and incremental sales, working closely together with the CRM manager
Excute and follow up on decided projects
Working in strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Manage dashboard tools; creating weekly and monthly reports
Prepare and create presentations for follow up and insights
The profile We are looking for a candidate with overall strong project management skills; a creative do'er, focused on solving tasks in a structured manner. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, and know how to prioritise your work. You pay attention to details, while never loosing sight of of the bigger picture. More speciafically, we are looking for someone who:
Has experience with project management of marketing campaigns. It is a plus if you have experience with email and applications communication and marketing
Has relevant higher education preferably within digital marketing
Has experience with dashboard tools and CRM campaign systems
Speaks and writes Swedish and English fluently
Is a friend to Excel and PowerPoint
