About the job The Credit Risk Management unit is a competence center for credit risk and capital adequacy within business area Large Corporates & Institutions (LC&I). Our mission is a sound first line management of LC&I's credit risks from a financial perspective. We support conscious risk-taking and a sustainable business model through value-adding analysis and advice to LC&I's management and business units.
Key responsibility for this role will be to evaluate the performance of credit risk models developed for LC&Is clients and provide strategic input for improvements from the business perspective. This includes evaluation of the quality and appropriateness of internal and external data used for modeling as well as actively challenging regulatory interpretations. We expect you to independently drive actions aimed at enhanced model functionality for measurement of credit risks in LC&I. In this role you will have a broad variety of stakeholders, both within and outside LC&I, and you will be faced with a wide-spread set of interesting challenges in the credit risk area. What you need to succeed A Master of Science in Engineering, Mathematical Finance or equivalent in Economics/Finance
Wide understanding of a wholesale banking business model and a client-focused mindset
Experience from IRB credit risk modelling (PD, LGD, CCF), IFRS 9 or similar for wholesale banking portfolios
Experience from regulatory interpretation of CRR/CRD IV or other relevant regulatory documentation
Ability to efficiently and with high quality manage large amounts of data
Programming skills in SAS or SQL is an advantage
Verbal skills and excellent command of written and spoken Swedish and English
To succeed in this role you also need to have a sincere ambition to seek knowledge and strive for continuous learning since the IRB credit risk modelling landscape is changing rapidly.
