Berghs offering toward companies has during the last 20 years been focused on tailored education. Today we have broadened our offer with more opportunities for companies to collaborate and Berghs Studio was launched in 2017 after a year as a pilot project. In the role as Creative Director, your responsibility is to develop Berghs Studio to an attractive and profitable offer for both students and companies (and give value to agencies). We want the Studio to strengthens our brand and become a sustainable offer in terms of delivery and business. You will also work with other strategic projects contributing to our overall international growth.
Responsibility:
• Build a creative environment and manage creative teams
• Developing ideas and pitch concepts to clients
• Understand the commercial aspect of the client, and of our business
• Oversee all projects in the studio from start - finish, keeping deadlines and sign off
• Ensure the required support/resources (build relationships with students and professionals)
• Contribute to client prospecting to Bergh's Studio (and Solution as a whole)
• Write Offer quotes together with Project Manager
• Use digital CRM tools, such as Salesforce
• Be billable as Creative Director, Art Director, planner or other roles in a number of projects
• Do some lecturing (both IRL and online courses) during a year
Profile:
• Education in communication
• Several years of experience in agency work
• Experience from working as Creative Director internationally >5 years
• Fluent English, writing and speech
• High digital skills
• Development-oriented, with agile approach
• Good cooperative skills
• Used to present and inspire in meetings and on stage
Creative Director Berghs Studio reports to our CEO and is part of Team Solutions. The team consists of a senior and a junior project leader/sales rep, a production Manager.
This is a full-time employment at Berghs School of Communication, Sveavägen 34 in Stockholm, Sweden. Immediate start-date.
