LensWay is seeking a passionate, internet savvy Country Manager to grow sales, focused on the Norwegian Market. As the Country Manager for the Norwegian Market, you will be responsible for meeting or exceeding budgeted acquisition targets through optimizing multi-brand marketing plans. The right profile for this position should be an expert in B2C Marketing Management and Planning.

The role will be accountable for all customer experience details and required to oversee strategic analysis of competitors, in addition to developing and testing effective pricing models. This role will also leverage in-house and third party applications and work to provide insightful, innovative techniques to drive sales. As Country Manager you will work within a team environment and provide direction to other members of the marketing department to assist in achieving sales targets. This position is located in Kista, Stockholm and will report directly to the Head of Sales & Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure strong local execution of strategic initiatives for our multi-brand portfolio strategy. Lead marketing planning and develop a strong execution processes;
• Provide structured analysis and input into Brand Strategy development for the Norwegian market – Develop sales messaging and brand positioning to maintain competitive differentiation and market leadership;
• Be the spokesperson for the Norwegian Market, communicating extensively within target group media;
• Oversees the acquisition and retention efforts using a variety of purchased and earned marketing techniques while understanding and maximizing the customer lifetime value
• Communicates the website’s brand values and identity through multiple channels including working with the company’s PR and social media specialists;
• Manages and analyzes critical data surrounding channel sales performance;
• Highlights marketing opportunities based on market insights and competitive activity - intimately understands customer needs, sales successes/challenges, and root causes; - - Effectively balancing profit with the investments required to achieve growth objectives

Education and Experience

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a brand or product marketing role. A related university degree is required. Career wise you are in the middle of your career and have the potential to move to “next level” of responsibility.
• Experienced business leader with specific knowledge in large scale on-line retailing, including launching new web brands
• Proven ability to execute successful marketing and promotional campaigns;
• Superior analytical and problem resolution skill Extensive online advertising experience, including knowledge of: SEO / SEM, Email Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Display/Banner Ads, CPC / CPA / CPO / TVCMake recommendations to senior leaders and influence decisions by creating business plans and developing options with relevant analysis; Strong knowledge of the Norwegian optical market or apparel and accessories market would be considered an asset;
• Extensive proficiency in both speaking and writing in Norwegian and English
