Work description
Saab is an actor on the international market. Saab International's primary task is to support the business units' marketing activities and maintain a global market network, while providing Saab with a strategic view of different markets. In close cooperation with the business units and their sales teams, Saab International supports, coordinates and conducts various international marketing activities.
Saab International has country responsible managers in five regions in the world.
Saab International is looking for a Country Manager to be responsible for some of our South & Central European countries. The position is located at Saab in Sweden. The job involves frequent travelling to the countries in the region, currently Greece, Hungary, Romania, Cyprus and Black Sea countries.
The task requires close cooperation with Saab Business units, to support the Business development and manage business enablers.
Briefly, your responsibilities are to manage the Saab International operation from Sweden for countries in South & Central Europe, including control of costs and budget support the Business Units' business activities in the countries develop and maintain business networks in the countries produce analysis, strategies and plans obtain, compile and present country specific information.
Qualifications
To be suitable for this position, we think you have
• more than 10 years experience of international marketing and sales
• good analytical ability
• good command of the English language
• additional language knowledge is considered a merit.
We expect you to be a good team player with an open attitude, socially competent, keeping an overall comprehensive view and having the ability to acquire other cultures' approaches and values.
