Primary Accountabilities:
The Country HR Manager acts as the primary HR services contact and partner for business leaders and for employees in Sweden and Denmark. You will have the responsibility for delivering a professional HR service to the business to ensure their needs are met as efficiently and cost effectively as possible. The Country HR Manager partners with senior and junior business management to provide a comprehensive HR service, working closely with other European and specialist HR functions to develop total solutions.

Your main duties are:
• Act as an employee advocate, support growth and development of people at location, site, and geography. You will also monitor and address employee engagement and guide managers to develop management and leadership capability, maximize employee potential and promote career development.
• Integrate line of business and Centers of Excellence (COE) plans: that is to say with Recruitment, International Mobility, Compensation, Talent and Learning & Development. The COEs will need to frequently partner with the Country HR Manager to deliver pragmatic solutions to business client needs. You will also deliver HR-related communication; work with COEs to tailor program communications for location.
• Provide consultation and support to line managers and supervisors, and facilitate conflict resolution between management and staff.
• Ensure site compliance with HR policies, local workforce laws and regulations, both for Sweden and Denmark.
• Guide managers to develop management and leadership capability, maximize employee potential and promote career development.

Krav på person

Requirements:
In order to be the right person for our client you match to the following points:
• In-depth knowledge of employment law (Swedish and Danish is preferred) and HR practices with a solid track record in managing on sensitive legal issues as well as considering the impact of new legislation and devising new HR policies and procedures.
• Experience in an international IT or Consulting Company. You have a technical knowledge that you keep up-to-date in order to display innovative and pre-emptive solutions to business requirements.
• We think that you are a pragmatic, results orientated individual with a collaborative approach to providing HR solutions to meet internal client requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player who is not afraid in managing relationships at all levels. You have the confidence to question management about actions or decisions.
• A determination to make a difference, an excellent organization skill and experience from work with challenging deadlines.
• English and Swedish fluent, both spoken and written, are highly desirable as well as a HR Degree.

We see it as an advantage if you previously belonged to associations/sports, please state what activity you are engaged. The personal suitability is crucial to the appointment of this service.
