It provides a part of the Construction Costing team., will be accountable for the budgeting and cost management, from the inception to the firm order intake of the wind turbine project as well as support product development projects by delivering operational cost packages. Furthermore, CM undertakes, aligns, and challenges all Stakeholders' communication, input, and initiatives regarding cost-related topics, and will experience a team of great diversity within competencies, ideas, experience, and Nationality.

Construction is responsible for installing, commissioning, and finally handover wind farms to our customers. Working closely with the customer and other stakeholders is a key parameter to ensure this happens safely, cost-efficiently, and with a high-quality standard. The Cost Management within Construction NCE is responsible for developing and maintaining construction costing standards for on- and offshore projects and delivering high-quality project budgets to support sales activities and project execution.
Responsibilities
Disciplinary leadership of a Construction costing team
Develop and integrate new costing standards
Regional costing and budgeting process responsible
Deliver high-quality project budgets
Maintain a good stakeholder relationship, creating cost awareness and cost transparency
Ensuring a good work/life balance
Qualifications
Ability to maintain and develop an innovative team
University degree in business administration or engineering or a comparable degree
Relevant knowledge in Project management /-controlling or Leadership is an additional point
Structured and creative working methods paired with a pronounced cost awareness
Confident handling of common MS Office applications, especially Excel
High communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Competencies
Enjoyment of cross-departmental work as well as quick comprehension and technical thinking
Proven technical mindset
