Description of the unit
Corporate Audit is the internal audit function of the Ericsson Group. CA is a unit within Group Function Finance, reporting to the Group CFO. The head of CA also reports functionally to the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors of Telefonaktiebolaget L. M. Ericsson, parent company in the Ericsson Group. CA performs audits and provides assurance to the Management and Board regarding the effectiveness of risk management, internal control, and governance processes.

At CA we are now looking for a Corporate Senior Auditor to the Compliance Auditing team, based in Stockholm, Sweden.

Job Summary

Join CA and be part of our objective to achieve 'High Impact Results leading to Sustainable Change' within the Ericsson Group. As Corporate Senior Auditor this is accomplished by doing the following:
• Plan, lead and execute cross-functional audits of compliance, operational effectiveness, and strategy.
• Participate in risk assessment from different perspectives of the Group
• Identify and quantify risks; mitigate the risks by proposing corrective actions addressing the root cause.
• Propose improvements to eliminate ineffective controls driving increased operational effectiveness.
• Present audit results to Senior and Executive Management

Educational Requirements
• A Bachelor degree is required in relevant area, e.g. Business Administration. An additional MBA is a merit.

Requested Competence
• The position requires minimum 10 years work experience
• Experience and expertise in a compliance related area such as e.g. Legal or Finance is a merit
• You have been part of a leadership team
• Excellent presentation and communication skills to mobilize for action
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Highly self-driven and performance oriented
• Strong networking and team working skills
• Ability to work effectively cross-functionally within the Group and with external advisors
• Analytical skills and the ability to grasp the big picture, linking strategies to execution
• High integrity and ethics
• Ability to travel
