We are looking for a driven team player for the role as Corporate Brand Director - Content Management. This role is responsible for communicating SCA's story in a consistent way and ensuring that it reaches and engages key stakeholder groups through developing and implementing editorial processes and tools.
The Corporate Brand Director will become a member of the Corporate Brand team which is responsible for the SCA corporate brand and the corporate brand management and part of the Group Function Communications. The Corporate Brand Director will report to VP Corporate Brand Communications. This role is preferably located in Stockholm, Sweden but can also be situated at a SCA office in another European country. The role requires a willingness to travel to build a strong internal network.
SCA's head office is in the Waterfront Building in Stockholm and includes the group staff functions for Finance, Strategy and Business Development, Legal, Sustainability, Human Resources and Communications, as well as CEO office. Some 130 specialists work in an international environment where business processes are promoted through the global networks in the 60 countries where SCA is represented.
Main accountabilities and responsibilities
Develop SCA's capability as a story-telling organization and maintain and implement SCA's core story and engaging content which tells SCA's story in creative ways that engage targeted audiences. This means develop, implement and manage e.g.:
A cross business editorial board which is responsible for developing and prioritizing SCA stories and related content
A channel strategy that enables SCA's story to reach targeted audiences
A content management platform which will enhance SCA's channel strategy and simplify the process of packaging content and accessing communication assets
Data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of SCA's content and channels and adjust our strategies to match with audience behavior
Work experience and qualifications requirements
University degree in Communication, Branding, Marketing, Journalism or related field
5-10 years of relevant work experience, including strategic and operational communication ideally in an international environment
Ability to manage people over whom you have no direct authority
You easily navigate in a matrix organization and use your prior experience from a global workplace
Able to deliver creative and contextualized content that can be used across all digital platforms for internal and external audiences
Excellent writer and story-teller with understanding of film/images production and the management and procurement thereof
Well-versed in social media and social media measurement
Excellent English language skills, Swedish is positive
