Are you a driven Controller eager to making better happen?
As a Controller, you will be responsible for cost follow-up and support in the budget process for AAK's internal functions. You will also carry out internal audits at the company 's subsidiaries, together with two colleagues, which means some international travel annually. The role is partly new, and it is therefore important that you enjoy building processes and working methods and that you are responsive and flexible.
Main areas of responsibility and tasks:
• Cost follow-up for Group Functions
• Analysis of group wide fixed cost
• Responsible for our allocation model for global costs
• Participate in the internal control process
Your location will be at the headquarters in Malmö, and you will report to Group Controller Patrik Winquist.
Background
You will have a university degree and at least 3-5 years of experience from similar tasks. You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and preferably some experience working with BI systems. AAK's corporate language is English and it is vital that you have very good skills in both spoken and written English.

The successful candidate is a driven, outgoing and efficient person who is capable of working both as part of a team and independently. You have a high degree of integrity and can deliver high quality work within strict deadlines. You work in a structured and analytical manner and have the ability to take responsibility and use your own initiative in a flexible, high tempo and changing environment. The ability to drive projects, both small and large, to completion is vital. Finally an ability to communicate clearly is key.
