Musti Group is the leading Nordic pet care specialist operating in Finland, Sweden, and Norway. Our primary aim is to support and safeguard the furry everyday life of pet lovers everywhere. We need more paws to join us in our Group Inhouse Creatives team as we are now looking for our new Content Specialist.
The role
You are a dedicated pet expert who will be responsible for developing the Musti Group pet expertise content. Including articles, building an editorial calendar, content promotion, identifying pet expertise topics and updating existing materials. The role is built on pet expertise and knowledge to be shared for the group banners of Musti ja Mirri, Musti and Arken Zoo. The Content Specialist is providing materials embodying the Musti Group tone of voice holding the brand together on all touch points. This person works with projects and produces content for different channels and media types, a key part of the Inhouse Creative team to build our content in such a way that it takes account different customer segments, lifecycles, and customer journeys.
The role is combining excellent knowledge with a commercial mind, communicating our brand values with the understanding of key customer segments and audiences to improve our content in the Nordics. The daily work of Content Specialist consists of producing assets for omni channels, loyalty club, digital/social medias, newsletters, and store materials that benefits the group. The role can be based in our Finnish office (Helsinki) or in our Swedish office (Solna). You will be reporting to the Head of Group Inhouse Creatives.
Key accountabilities
• Responsible for building the pet editorial content calendar and be our pet expert in different topics and the go-to person for advice regarding caring of pets

• Developing knowledge-based content that helps guide our customers to becoming better pet parents as well as to generate and create innovative content that will attract new audiences.
• Owner of content and fact-checking for the omni-channels "good advice" track
• Responsible of developing own brand product marketing content in collaboration with product team, graphic designer and assuring brand consistency in all touch points like store materials; media assets for print, digital, video, social media.
• Assist in developing loyalty club content/copy and ensuring consistency in all touch points
• Understanding the impact of our content efforts and the continuous development
• Participation in providing the digital marketing copy for group online (elements for landing pages, articles etc.)
• Other marketing related tasks to help on the group inhouse team
Skills & Experience
• Education within the field of pets and highly involved in the pet community in different activities. Education within marketing, communication or pr is an advantage
• 4-7 years of working experience within marketing and/or pet related industry
• Understanding of commercial marketing and adapting content to channels and target groups. Experience with producing texts for different channels.
• Language skills - excellent spoken and written English. Finnish, Swedish, or Norwegian is as an advantage
• Experience working with PR is an advantage
• The organizational ability to manage multiple projects, often to tight deadlines making prioritization key
• Good attention to detail, including the ability to proof-read your own and others' work
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Action oriented with a will to contribute to achieving results and with a curious mindset, always looking for improvements.
