About us:
SVEA Solar was recently nominated as one of the top green tech companies in Europe by Forbes. IoT (internet of things) is a big part of SVEA's core business. SVEA Solar is mainly focused on installing good looking solar systems which comes with our slick app. But we also install car chargers and batteries as add-on's and provide green electricity agreements. That way swedes can come to us for all their energy needs! We are the first company in Scandinavia (and maybe Europe) to do this. Recently, we also started a partnership with IKEA.
About the role:
We are looking for a creative mastermind to join the marketing team, but also a new addition to our awesome-unbeatable culture here at SVEA Solar.
As our Content Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing innovative and engaging content strategies that will drive engagement, generate leads, build brand loyalty and add value for our customers. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will work in close partnership with various internal and external partners to implement strategic recommendations, and be responsible for creating, sourcing, and managing all of SVEA Solar's content, and optimize it towards SEO. You will also be responsible for establishing Key Performance Indicators, monitoring and analyzing performance.
Your responsibility will be to produce or procure blog posts, podcasts, videos, social content, content curation, white papers, etc. And work with the team to find the best channels to distribute the material. Content is primarily customer-facing, but in some cases internal (such as content created to support our sales team).
Responsibilities:
• Develop a content strategy and roadmap our digital channels.
• Drive traffic, generate leads and build the SVEA Solar brand.
• Adapt content to different channels to maximize impact.
• Measure results of campaigns and initiatives.
• Work with internal resources to create content, and source content from external partners.
• Implement SEO best practices.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• 1-5 years experience with Content Marketing and content creation.
• Excellent Swedish and English verbal and written communication skills is a requirement.
• Candidate should be detail oriented, self-motivated, and an excellent creative problem solver, with a proven ability to successfully manage multiple, disparate streams of work in a challenging, dynamic environment.
• Demonstrates a high level of dependability in a team environment with an ability to gracefully shift priorities to accommodate business requests.
• Understand customer patterns through metric and statistical analysis.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics.
• Proficiency with Social Media Analytics.
Nice to have but not mandatory:
• Spanish verbal and written skills is not a requirement, but a plus!
