About the role
As our Brand Content Manager, you will be the guardian of our brand's voice and identity. You will lead content strategy, develop engaging content, and harness the power of AI tooling to streamline content production and enhance creativity. This role is an exciting opportunity to shape the way our brand is perceived in the market, drive meaningful connections with our audience, and leverage AI for content innovation.
Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with our business objectives, ensuring consistency in messaging and visual identity across all channels.
Content Creation: Lead the creation of high-quality, engaging content in various formats, leveraging AI tools to enhance creativity and efficiency.
AI Tooling Selection: Implement AI tools that can streamline content production, optimize workflows, and improve content quality.
Content Calendar: Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent delivery of content across multiple platforms and channels, with AI-powered content generation as a key component.
Audience Insights: Conduct research to understand our audience's needs and use these insights to inform AI-assisted content development.
SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to maximize the visibility and reach of our AI-generated content, driving organic traffic to our digital assets.
Social Media Management: Oversee social media accounts, creating and curating content that resonates with our followers and supports our brand identity.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, marketing, and product, to ensure brand consistency and alignment in all communications, with AI tooling as an integral part of content collaboration.
Brand Monitoring: Monitor brand mentions and sentiment across digital channels, responding to feedback and proactively addressing any issues that may arise.
Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of content and brand initiatives, providing regular insights to inform future strategies.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in brand management and content creation, with a demonstrated ability to leverage AI tooling for content production.
Exceptional writing and editing skills, with an eye for detail and creativity.
Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., Directus, WordPress or Squarespace) and social media platforms.
Strong understanding of SEO and content marketing best practices, including AI-driven SEO strategies.
Superior communication skills in written and spoken English (native).
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Creative thinker with the ability to translate complex ideas into simple, compelling AI-augmented content.
Strong project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
