hela Sverige The clients expansion is further increasing, and they are expanding in "Brown field" areas (existing buildings to transform into high technology laboratories for our equipment). Therefore we are looking for a Construction Lead Engineer.
About the role:
• Demonstrate expansion project owner role in the clients' interest together with the General Contractor.
• Solve technical infrastructure challenges with our experienced partners.
• Take lead on the technical interface all the way to equipment hook-up points.
• Own the main expansion timeplan and work cross-functional with the clients teams.
• Organize equipment positioning with the clients team and construction team.
• Plan sequence start-up of the new expansion-areas with the contractor, supplier and the clients stakeholders.
• Together with the clients HSE taskforce verify the facility operation process.
• Support with reviewing the documentation (e.g. drawings, manuals, system schematics and maintenance protocols) for hand-over from GC to the client.
Requirements:
• Language: Swedish preferably, fluent English is mandatory
• Minimum 5 years of experience.
