The construction engineer will act as the link between the development to construction of wind farms, and be responsible for a broad range of technical questions relating to Balance of Plant.

Key accountabilities:
• Manage and review the work of the first wind park design
in the permitting process to develop specifications and
construction documents for the wind farm.
• In consultation with experts select the right foundation
design, while keeping geotechnical circumstances and
loads of the wind turbines in mind
• Act as an overall link between [wind farm] development
and construction
• Maintain relationships with internal and external
stakeholders
• Maintain high visibility within the organization and
proactively support the development of the organization

Candidate Profile

Experience & background:
• Relevant degree in engineering, for example civil
engineering or structural engineering
• Experience within construction of steel and concrete
structures, such as bridges, roads, buildings or wind
parks
• Good understanding of drawings and experience working
with CAD and calculation tools. Knowledge of AKB, FIDIC
or similar is an advantage
• International mindset and/or working experience. Fluency
in English is a must.
• Insight into foundation design and geotechnical aspects is
an advantage
