Community Manager - Job Description
In this high visible role, you will be the day to day contact with our bloggers and publishers, and the voice and face of our business. Most importantly, the Community Manager is responsible for growing the sales from bloggers and social media users, which requires continuous sales and marketing activities.
The Community Manager is responsible for managing all market communication to our end users, from onboarding, regular check-ins and relationship development, to monthly reporting.
Responsibilities
• Build and implement all user communication, campaigns, newsletters and tutorials, to set the standard of social selling.
• Working with the product development team to onboard and engage new bloggers and social media influencers.
• Monitor campaign delivery, user activity, conversion rates, and all other online analytics for growing our user base.
• Build and deliver user activity reports for measuring and presenting growth.
• Maintain regular communications with all Shoutly users.
• Troubleshooting issues that arise with publisher integrations.
• Build a long lasting relationship with our top digital influencers.
Requirements
• BA/BS degree or equivalent
• 2 - 5 years professional experience in the Online Marketing field (SEO, SEM, performance-based marketing, Analytics, etc.) or as Webmaster / Digital Market Communicator in E-commerce or Media Publishing
• Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communications skills, preferably as blogger, publisher of newsletters or marketer. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both English and Swedish.
• Deep understanding of the Affiliate Marketing industry and a desire to shape the future of it. You already speak the affiliate lingo of CPO, EPC and cookie tracking time.
• Demonstrated passion for lifestyle blogging or fashion online is a big plus.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
• High energy team member with a extraordinary positive mind
