Cheil Nordic is looking for a professional and client driven Community Manager (Norwegian speaking) with a passion for Social Media and strong copywriting and customer service skills. Experienced in content production and ideation is an advantage.

Description of the job:
The Community Manager manages the social media content and moderates conversations on Facebook and other social media accounts for Samsung.
Your main responsibilities will be:
• Planning and Generating content that is in line with the tone of voice of the Samsung brand.
• Present the content to your client (in collaboration with the Account Manager).
• Once approved, you'll handle the production process with the creative team and post the content on the different social media channels. In order to amplify the impact of your posts, you make creative use of movie clips, visuals, links,
• You'll be the conversation moderator and will be checking, analysing and encouraging all conversations on your pages. You will answer all consumer questions with technical help and handle the crowd.
• On a regular base you will support the Account Manager in creating social media campaigns and promotions, including ideation and project management.
• You'll be supporting the Account Manager in reporting to the client on a monthly basis with an overview of the current progress.
• The Community Manager will support the Account Manager in developing in agreement with the client the long-term strategy to keep the community lively and healthy.

Desired Skills and Experience
• Norwegian is your mother tongue and you are fluent in English.
• Excellent copywriting or editorial skills
• A passion for online and social media
• A higher education degree
• Creativity, client-orientated, team player, strong communications skills
• Knowledge of the current software tool
