We are searching for a Communications & Web Specialist who leads the strategic Communication for safeguarding and building Diaverum 's reputation with patients, employees, media, and the communities Diaverum operates. The focus will be on external marketing on the web and in social media channels, the content management of the Intranet as well as other internal Communication matters. Professional training will be made available for the right candidate. The position can be based either in Gothenburg or in Lund.
Responsibilities:
• Implementation of the brand strategy.
• Drive the design, formulate the preparation and implementation of global web content to the local webs.
• Adapt a strategy for social media and feed the channels with content.
• Constant development of the Intranet together with Diaverum countries and corporate departments.
• Development and implementation of internal corporate communications training programs to keep employees globally informed of the company 's strategic vision, mission and values.
• Support the maintenance and development of procedures for our Marketing Resource Management system.
• Be the corporate contact for country requests regarding marketing material.
• Administration and optimization of handling and promotion of our internal educational program.
Requirements/Krav och kompetenser:
• University degree in Communication, marketing, journalism, Public Relations or Business Administraion.
• Internationas experience of living , studying or working abroad.
• 2-4 years of relevant work experience e.g. in digtal Media and PR & Marketing.
• Superior command of English mandatory; ideally knowledge of other foreign languages.
• MS Office, CMS, graphic design Tools would be benefical.
• Driven, committed and able to get others 'comitment and passion for drive.
