Your Mission
As CLM Manager you will secure aligned and optimized communication planning and execution within Global Marketing and the Communication Launch Team. You will own and drive the cross-functional Launch Communication projects for customer service, fleet and used cars marketing. The position is part of the Communication Launch management within Global Marketing Operations.
As manager, you will be responsible for the production and distribution of communication campaigns and assets on the request of stakeholders within Customer service, Fleet and Used cars. Within these areas you will also:
* Manage communication project milestones including follow-up status and develop action plans.
* Represent the Communication project and drive the communication aspects in the balancing between the functions in different foras.
* Order assets from the in-house agency or directly from external agencies
* Develop marketing and communication strategies for the responsible business areas
* Strategic management of project operational budget based on business plans and business area's needs.
* Manage and represent communication program interest in different foras.
You & Your Skills
We are looking for someone with experience in commercial/marketing project management within a multinational company. You should have an excellent ability to structure complex challenges and then using strong analytical skills and understanding of performance management and ROI, you have the ability to critically analyze data to identify weaknesses and opportunities, measure successes and failures - can "tell a story" with data. Our ideal new team member should also:
* Love to create and follow up on plans
* Have a strong business acumen
* Bring knowledge and experience of CRM, digital marketing and media buying
* Display strong skills in Power Point, Excel and other relevant tools necessary to develop professional presentations
* Thrive in our cross functional and integrated work experience, with high ability to co-operate and work in a team environment
