Description
We are now looking for Commissioning Engineers to Business Unit Dairy, Beverage and Prepared Food.
We supply high quality process solutions to the food industry - Dairies (milk, cream, yoghurt, milk powder etc), Beverage producers (juice, nectars, still and carbonated drinks) and Prepared Food industry (mainly tomato, soups, sauces, desserts, fruit preparation and baby food). We are experts all the way from pre-treatment and mixing/blending, to different heat treatment techniques for both aseptic and non-aseptic food production.
We are looking for both young and experienced multi-talents, with both theoretical and practical skills. Your main task will be to start-up and fine-tune our solutions, both our branded processing units, as well as complete process lines, at our end-customers factories all over the world.
As a Commissioning Engineer you will have a key role in supporting our Market Companies and end customers. You will have a great chance to travel world-wide and experience different cultures, and also to work with the latest techniques. When you are not travelling, you will participate in back-office tasks in Lund such as; technical design, testing, technical support and product development.
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
• Commissioning and troubleshooting at our customers' sites
• Technical training and support to Tetra Pak s Market Companies and customers
• Process and automation design tasks in projects, before delivery
• Delivery tests in our workshops, mainly in Lund
Qualifications
We are looking for strong, independent, colleagues with high personal drive. We can offer you a very interesting position and an opportunity to grow and become professional in our core technologies for food processing. Since the position involves world-wide travelling, approximately 150 - 200 days per year, you need to be a socially skilled individual with a strong ability to adjust. At our customer s sites you will often need to take a supervising role, and it is therefore important that you are self-motivated, pedagogical, flexible and result-oriented. You also need a systematic approach and good documentation skills.
You have a couple of years experience from the tasks above, a technical education, preferably with focus on food production and/or automation engineering. You need to be familiar with PLC and HMI systems from Siemens or Rockwell Automation, and have some knowledge in food processing industry. You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
