hela Sverige Currently Volvo IT needs to strengthen the team of skilled personnel with focus on Collaboration consulting and solutions. Collaboration Consultant Team is a global functional team within Volvo IT with responsibility for Collaboration Consulting deliveries for the entire Volvo Group.
Collaboration area is currently expanding due to Volvos global organization and need of virtual work; therefore we are looking for Collaboration Consultants to handle requests for collaboration consulting and solutions in the business analyst, application developer and assignment lead roles.
As a Collaboration Consultant you will work closely with our customers, realizing their needs into stable and efficient technical and non-technical solutions. The job involves a high degree of international contacts both with global customers as well as taking part in and/or supervising global resources in your assignments.
You will work in both a local and global team where the core competence is collaboration. There is high focus on re-usability both in methods, tools, processes, competence as well as in the actual solutions.
As a Collaboration Consultant you will be responsible for:
• Catch customer requirements and propose the most adapted solution
• Develop (customize) the appropriate solution and deliver it following Volvo IT processes and Collaboration rules and tools
• Perform training in Collaboration tools and solutions
• Measure customer satisfaction
• Taking part in and/or lead assignment resources in an international environment
• Proactively propose new solutions or enhancements in the global service portfolio
Qualifications and skills:
• University degree or equivalent
• Excellent Communication skills
• Experience with Collaboration products and tools are preferred
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• English, both spoken and written
• Proven social competence
Experience preferable:
• Experience in Collaboration and Social media tools will be considered an advantage
