We are on the lookout for a passionate and visionary leader to join us as a CMP (Customer Meeting Point) Design Leader!
You have a strong understanding of customers' journeys and living situations worldwide, recognizing their needs and expectations in an omnichannel environment. With deep knowledge of consumer and retail trends, you understand what drives home furnishing expectations, shopping behaviours, and how to increase visitation and sales.
As a leader, you build strong relationships, co-create solutions, and inspire others by living the IKEA values. You navigate complex, dynamic business environments and embrace change to drive growth. Your ability to influence, inspire, and lead through people helps you create value for customers and unleash entrepreneurial spirit. A day in your life with us
As a CMP Design Leader, your mission is to design and develop innovative solutions for our Physical CMPs, translating strategic initiatives into impactful results. You work closely with experts in Retail and Digital areas, as well as external IKEA partners, to create seamless, end-to-end solutions that enhance the customer and co-worker experience.
Your focus is on optimizing the omnichannel experience - making it easier and more inspiring for customers to engage with IKEA, whether online or in our stores. You develop efficient processes, tools, and standards that are scalable across different markets, while ensuring solutions meet diverse customer journeys.
Collaboration and communication are at the heart of your role. You share insights, align with stakeholders, and help integrate digital developments that improve the customer experience and drive profitable growth. Your inclusive leadership builds a values-driven environment where diverse teams feel empowered to perform, grow, and develop.
