We are now looking for a Cloud & Datacenter Manager to join us at G+D Mobile Security for a permanent position based in Stockholm.
Your tasks
In this role at G+D the focus will be at leading a team of 9 talented Infrastructure Engineers as well as ensuring high level of customer satisfaction, by driving an efficient cloud and datacenter operations.
The person joining us will also oversee all activities associated with cloud and datacenter capacity planning and operations. This also includes support in the development of and execute on Service Delivery & Operations strategy, including operational capabilities and roadmap.
As part of our Global Service Operation, you work closely with other areas in our global organization to ensure customer satisfaction by running highly reliable and available services in our Datacenters. In addition, you will have a visible position in the company since you are the tactical interface towards Design N' Architecture and Research & Development.
Who are you?
University degree in Computer Sciences, IT or related technical/engineering field engineering, or equivalent education
Experience in technology about service operations and cloud/datacenter management within service delivery organizations
Management and leadership skills
Service Management according to ITIL
Understanding of the development process and project management
Ideally agile and strong ability to develop senior level relationships with key players internally and externally
Fluent Swedish and English skills (written and spoken) are a must, preferably experience with working across different cultures
To be a good fit for this role we are looking for you with an open character to immerse into the world of security technologies, you are very organized and quality conscious with a solution-oriented mindset. Since you will be a leader for the Service Operations team we are also looking for you who has a passion for leadership and making other people grow and develop.
Technologies
Strong Linux knowledge (ideally RedHat Linux) and profound knowledge of infrastructure (network, data center operation in virtualized environments)
Knowledge of relevant market technologies in secure environments
