Our core competence lies in using the Stan fetal and maternal monitor to perform evidence-based ST analysis of the fetal ECG as an adjunct to CTG, "a second pair of eyes" during childbirth. We are also the provider of disposable fetal scalp electrodes for internal fetal monitoring under the brand Goldtrace. Another important area of business is a comprehensive education and training program, Neoventa Academy, which includes e-learning with certification.
Your Mission
As Clinical Specialist, you will be responsible for the clinical execution when implementing Neoventa Medical's products and services, ensuring a safe, correct and effective use.
Together with our Scientific and Clinical Specialists, you will also ensure that clinical expertise is integrated into product development, complaint evaluations and continuous improvements - always with patient safety and clinical quality in focus.
Key Responsibilities
You will:
• Provide obstetric staff, sales teams and distributors with relevant clinical training and support * Deliver structured clinical education and ensure strong knowledge transfer internally and externally * Organize and execute implementations to achieve intended outcome of the products * Act as a clinical expert in customer meetings, distributor dialogues, and sales situations where needed * Actively collect feedback from customers and feed insights back into the organization * Contribute with hands on knowledge to marketing and sales tools and activities * Support content creation for Neoventa Academy and development of educational materials * Participate in clinical testing and evaluation of new products when needed
Qualifications & Experience
We believe you have:
• Registered Midwife qualification and at least 5 years of clinical experience in obstetric care * Obstetric product knowledge - particularly CTG and FSE * Experience as an educator in healthcare (public and/or private sector) * Fluent written and spoken English * Strong structure combined with the ability to engage and inspire * Good computer skills * Multicultural healthcare experience is considered a strong merit
