One of our coworkers is moving on to a new position and therefore we are recruiting a new Clinical Education Manager to join our Medical Affairs and Clinical Education department.
DESCRIPTION
Your main responsibility is to develop and deliver clinical education programs and, enhancing knowledge in our current areas for clinical therapy. You will manage all aspects of development of Clinical Education programs starting with understanding of the internal and external needs through development, distribution and maintenance. Application of digital communication expertise and content development are required to facilitate goals.
Within your role you will partner with cross-functional resources and external vendors. You will serve as an educational expert and will execute and follow up educational activities performed to support internal users, healthcare professionals and end users with therapeutic knowledge. The work will include frequent interactions with local markets from all parts of the world. You will also be expected to share educational offerings during congresses and meetings.
QUALIFICATIONS
We assume you have an academic education and have experience of designing and implementing education strategies. Your background is ideally from Medical Devices/Pharmaceuticals/Life Science/Academic sectors.
The person we are looking for have great interpersonal skills, with an excellent command of English and good understanding of Swedish. Strong communication and project management skills are needed to manage this exciting role appropriately. Relevant experience from application of digital techniques, communication tools and layout are considered merits.
