This is your opportunity to be the engine that ensures everything runs smoothly - with precision and finesse.

About the Role
As Chief of Staff at Food Folk, you will enable the CEO and the company to focus on what matters most. You serve as the spider in the web between the CEO, the senior leadership team, and the wider organization. With your support, we will continue to drive the business forward, and you will become a key player in our team. Your contribution will be critical to Food Folk's success. You will report directly to the CEO.

Your days will vary depending on the agenda, but your responsibilities will include:Prioritizing initiatives and actions together with the CEO
Ensuring efficient decision-making processes, preparing decision materials, and driving issues forward

Experience in Quick Service Restaurants, hospitality, or FMCG is a strong advantage but not a requirement. Perhaps you've worked as a project manager, consultant, trainee, or business developer. Most importantly, your personality will determine your success. You'll thrive in this role if you are structured, solution-oriented, and analytical, with a strong understanding of business. You're used to handling complex tasks, keeping a cool head under pressure, and are driven by improving existing ways of working.

You are a proactive individual who enjoys taking initiative and responsibility. You can prioritize effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You are a strong communicator - both written and verbal - with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization. You demonstrate a high level of professionalism and discretion and are comfortable handling confidential material.
