So, they can teach you their specific market, you'll need to be a retail channel marketing expert if you're to develop and drive the flawless execution of inspired channel marketing and merchandising strategies at this company.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As aChannel Marketing you will be part of a Nordic team and beresponsible for product launches, marketing campaigns, wide-ranging store staff programs, product demos, creative assets and retailer websites. You will also be responsible ofretail account managers and category managers to build business cases and define promotional opportunities - analyzing market conditions, product sell-through, shopper-to-buyer conversion and competitor activity.

In addition to above this position has a strong online/digital focus lead Nordic digital transformation and strategic digital planning for our partners/channels/segments.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital:

• Establish and drive a consolidated digital strategy and local execution plan.

• Lead and drive partner digital assessments/capability scoring - secure growth plans to address opportunities/gaps

• Support the Nordic Category Channel Marketing in developing a merchandising plan that aligns partner goals to this company 'scategory goals to maximize profits for both parties

• Contribute to developing and leverage local and account-specific plans to build execution strategies. Plan and negotiate with local partners to agreed outcomes

• Align to seasonal planning guidelines to ensure readiness and execution in market

• Anticipate needs of the selling seasons and industry trends by creating a forecast plan

• Leverage the Retail Channel Marketing assets and Execute the marketing programs, promotions and campaigns with the partner

• Secure and follow up in store execution per agreed plans

• Manage the budget/ resources/ schedule

Partner Channel marketing:

• Monitor partner web and mobile sites monthly for online execution compliance - build strategies to address opportunities and gaps.

• Adopt and administrate World Wide Digital tools/platforms locally

• Work closely with Channel Marketing, Key Account (PAM) and Category to leverage digital opportunities to drive product sell-through & shopper-to-buyer conversion.

• Contribute to developing and leverage the online skills in the team.

Manage & Monitor

• Manage the budget/ resources/ schedule

• Analyze data to drive sell in

• Review outcomes with partners and negotiate modifications.

• Procure and assimilate consumer behavior into insights within the context of your account's profile to drive informed marketing action plans.

• Maximize ROI on future activities by measuring and optimizing marketing campaigns and promotions performance

• Anticipate and discover competitor's activities, and adjust retail marketing programs to counter.

• Analyze the partner's existing marketing capabilities to recognize and execute on specific local needs
Secure local adaptation through translations and proofreading

• Track KPIs / BI planner tracking (sell thru ,attach etc.).

• Measure digital impact, assess ROI, define COE and share results & action plans

QUALIFICATION

• 3-5 years' experience in developing and driving partner and/or customer marketing (including strong focus on digital)strategy and execution.
• Be able to effectively drive cross-group communication and cooperation, using strong communication, project management, and organizational skills
• Retailer, Consumer marketing or sales background or proven knowledge of consumer selling channels
• Fluent in Swedish and English preferable otherwise fluent in one of the Nordic languages and English.
