What's the job all about?
Well, your main task is to ensure that the new change initiatives introduced contribute to the advancement of our goals and fit perfectly into the strategic goals and change vision. In addition to this, you create the conditions for a smooth transition to changes with minimum resistance from employees and maximum enthusiasm to adapt to the change. Through creating and implementing of change management strategies and plans, you maximize employee adoption and usage - and minimize resistance. By coaching and supporting, you achieve successful and sustainable transformation through our initiatives.
Your responsibility also include:
Holistically overseeing and supporting strategic initiatives in relation to a major activity -a cultural and strategic change of direction, or the ongoing improvement of effectiveness and efficiency of the organization.
Champion our implementation of organizational health in selected focus areas
Managing the change process by ensuring the achievement of projects to time, cost and specification.
Coaching and mentoring for the organization to implement change as well for other members driving change impact.
Providing input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs.
Conducting impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
Defining and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.

This position is flexible within Europe and you have your base at one of our Seco sites. We also offer you a hybrid working location with the opportunity to work from home or at other location a couple of days a week. Some travel is included in the job.
What you need and know - this is important
We're looking for you with a positive attitude and excellent and inclusive leadership style - where you empower, coach and challenge to reach set goals and deliver excellent service. You hold a university degree in a relevant field of studies, combined with industry background and experience from a similar role in a large company and international setting. To successfully manage the digital transformation we're currently in, you need to be well acquainted with the new digital tools in our Office 365 environment and excellent skills in both written and verbal English is needed since we're a global organization.
You're a skilled leader with extensive experience from project, transformation and change management and with your great collaboration and communication skills you connect and build relations based on trust and empathy. Being confident in yourself and your knowledge you challenge both stakeholders and colleagues at all levels of the organization when needed.
Through excellent communication skills you connect with stakeholders at all levels of the organization in a balanced way.
