Establish relevant business KPIs for the company to track.
Create and execute commercial strategies aimed at accelerating growth.
Responsible for the approval of the company's product pricing and positioning.
Work with the marketing team to create strategies that boost the company and product awareness.
Study industry trends and create an effective business plan based on commercial opportunities.
Develop an understanding of customers' needs and make sure they are met.
Responsible for ensuring all business activities are in line with the organization's objectives.
Assist in the development of budgets and other financial systems within the company.
Follow up on daily sales achievements and provide frequent updates to the CEO.
Proactively take part in business trips.
Skills:
Master's degree in business administration, languages or related field
2+ years of proven leadership record in the sales department with overachieving a quota
2+ years experience in the domain and brand protection industries
past experience as a CCO or Head of Sales
fluent in Ukrainian, Spanish and English languages
experience in market research and analysis
experience with Hubspot
strong understanding of B2B sales, processes, and methodologies
