Your role
We are looking for a Cash Manager, who will work in a broad role with daily management and development of our Cash Management solution across the Saab Group. The role as Cash Manager is part of the Treasury Operations team within Saab Group Treasury. The Group Treasury function is the Saab Group's in-house bank and is responsible for managing the Group's financial exposures within the areas of: Funding & Investing, Foreign Exchange, Trade & Export Finance, Insurance and the Saab Pension trust.
In the role as Cash Manager, you will work with Cash Management related questions of both strategic and administrative nature, for the entire Saab Group. You will work with managing and developing relationships with banks, both on a national and international level, managing our cash pools to optimize liquidity and set payment infrastructure.
Further the role is responsible for the Groups' bank account structure, internal funding and work closely with the rest of the Treasury team. An important part of the role is to drive projects relating to Cash Management across the Group.
The main tasks:
* Analyze the Groups banking infrastructure and suggest changes where needed
* Evaluate and Develop the Groups cash pool solutions to optimize efficiency and visibility
* Manage the relationship with Saab's banks in the Cash Management area
* Negotiate Cash Management related bank solutions
* Stay up to date with new technology and standard changes within Cash Management and suggest changes where needed
* Analyze cash flows within the Saab group
* Manage the Group internal funding process (both equity and debt)
* Support the Business Units and local companies need for banking services both strategically and ad-hoc

Your profile
To be successful in this position we anticipate that you have a few years of relevant working experience from a corporate Treasury function or similar finance role within banking or larger corporation. As a person we anticipate that you are trustworthy, communicative and a great collaborator. You enjoy working in a cross-functional setting and you're comfortable in driving change trough projects. Further, you are reliable, analytical and solution-oriented with a positive problem-solving mindset. A team player who enjoys working together and helping out whenever needed. Innovative and curious about new technical solutions and ways of working is a must.
Required skills:
* A few years work experience from a similar role.
* A relevant academic degree, preferably in finance, engineering, business administration or similar knowledge acquired through working experience.
* Strong communication skills, written and spoken, in both Swedish and English.
* A good understanding in communicating cross a multifunctional setting where you are used to dealing with multiple stakeholders.
* Experience from change/project management.
* Interest in new technical solutions within the Cash Management area.
Desired skills:
* A few years work experience from a Treasury function and/or bank.
* Experience of working with bank Platforms, Cash Management Systems, Treasury Management System, preferably Quantum.
* Prior experience from working with Cash Management or some other Treasury function
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply
