We are now looking for a capacity coordinator that will work together with our managers and our talent team to secure Altrans capacity today and for the future.
The capacity coordinator acts as business partner with the purpose of optimizing our utilization rate. S/he understands the recruitment process and resources allocation, and have also a deep understanding and interest of competence that we offer to our customers.
S/he is assisting our managers during the recruitment process, to enable us to find just the right competence match to meet the future needs (Strategic Workforce Planning). This role will plan ahead for assignments that are about to come to an end, to work pro-actively with finding new assignments for our employees, that matches their competence and future career plan.
We are looking for a person who:
* Understands the workforce capability and how it links to business strategy - hence implementing the recruitment strategy in a very tangible way.
* Reduces the in-between- assignment- time in anticipating allocations and push available employees to sales and managers' attention. Matches business needs with available skills.
* Works with resource allocation on company level, making sure that we optimize coordination and cooperation
* Making sure that our databases are updated properly, including CV database and allocation system
* Reporting to stakeholders on Altran Group level (HQ in France)
* Monitors brokers and different vendor systems

In order to be successful in the role we would like you to have the following background.
• Proven track record of working with a lot of different stakeholders, building strong and lasting relationships
• University degree or equivalent within business, HR or administration
• 3-5 years of work experience within it or engineering consultancy
• easy to understand organizations and the support systems that they use
• Fluent English and Swedish
