Your mission
In this position you're responsible for working with our business units in optimizing business systems and developing our digital capabilities - driving operational excellence and enhancing cross-functional unit coordination. You're part of, and work closely with, a small team and you act as both a representative for SMF and facilitator between business units and Sandvik Group functions, ensuring coherence in strategies, initiatives and architectural development.
Other responsibilities include:
Actively engaging with stakeholders to understand their unique needs, current state and concerns.
Conducting continuous analyses of existing operational models, digital capabilities, and business systems - identifying gaps and areas for improvement towards a higher degree of automation.
Facilitating communication, organizing collaboration forums, maintaining documentation and knowledge sharing of digital capabilities utilization.
Driving and supporting change management and project initiatives related to the development of business systems and digital services.
This role is located at our Stockholm office "Gasverket", in Norra Djurgårdsstaden, and we offer a hybrid work setup.
Your profile
We're looking for someone with a relevant degree in IT or business administration, or other related field. You have several years of experience from working with business systems, process improvement or IT project management. It's also merited if you have experience in the commercial software industry and are familiar with Salesforce and business analytics tools. As we're a global organization you need excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
