We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Manager to join our Global IT-team in Malmö. In this role, you will lead a global team of seven colleagues working mainly with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. You will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our business systems to ensure they meet the needs of our organization.
The role as Business Systems Manager
As our Business Systems Manager your mission will be to
Lead and manage a team of seven professionals working with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
Project manage the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of business systems.
Collaborate with various departments to understand their needs and ensure systems are aligned with business objectives.
Develop and implement solutions to improve system efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure data integrity and security within all business systems.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in business systems management.
The Business Systems Team has extensive knowledge and experience of Dynamics 365. Nord-Lock Group works with the latest IT solutions such as Dynamics 365, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, EPiServer Digital Experience Cloud and Adobe Cloud Solutions. We have a strong focus on making sure our cloud solutions are secure as well as user-friendly and suitable for our business needs.
Your profile
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Business Systems Manager to join our team at Nord-Lock Group in Malmö, Sweden. You should have a strong background in managing business systems, particularly with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
You will demonstrate excellent leadership and team management abilities. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are essential, along with the ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with various departments. You should be adept at understanding the needs of different departments and ensuring that the business systems align with the overall business objectives.
In addition to your technical expertise, you should be proactive in developing and implementing strategies to improve system efficiency and effectiveness. You will be responsible for ensuring data integrity and security within all business systems, and staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in business systems management.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in managing business systems, specifically with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. Preferably previous experience from manufacturing companies.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and to see the business needs.
Fluent in both spoken and written English language.
