Are you a business oriented problem solver with a technical background and solid strategic skills? On behalf of our client, a large, international player in the paper and packaging field, we are currently looking for an efficient Business Solution Manager. Your main objective will be to create sales and develop the Nordic market. You will gather and analyse market data to find sales potential and requirements, and monitor customer preferences.
You will be located in your home office, preferably in Sweden or Finland and your markets will mainly be the Nordic Region, but not limited to Finland, Sweden, Denmark and Norway.

Publiceringsdatum2011-08-30Dina arbetsuppgifterAs Business Solution Manager your role includes maintaining, improving and building customer relationships developing product pipeline. You will also confer with potential customers regarding the establishment and safekeeping of longstanding business relations.
Furthermore, you will:
• manage and increase sales volumes
• communicate customer needs and trends to relevant plants
• monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts
• prepare budgets
• assess sales potential of new and existing customers
• build relationships with decision makers
• get the company's message into the market
• determine pricing
• resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
Your background is ideally from the coatings/laminate industry or related field, e.g. adhesive, extrusion, paper or film industries. It is important that you have extensive experience in B2B sales and multi level selling with a proven track record of business development and relationship building. You also have extensive experience from dealing with multinational organisations as well as sole traders. Furthermore, you preferably have a university degree, however, a good overall standard of education will be equally considered subject to employment background and experience. You also have good language skills and are fluent in Swedish and English.
We see it as a great advantage if you speak Finnish. It is also an advantage if you have previous experience in working within a Matrix organisation that involves multiple production facilities.
As a person you are well organised with a structured approach to customer meetings, cycle planning and reporting. You are also very driven with a passion for success while at the same time being able to work in an international environment being part of a team.
