We are looking for a Business Relationship Manager (BRM) for a Nordics Telecom ICT Customer of TCS.
The person is expected to be responsible for Customer Relationship Management:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Delivery on sales targets for the portfolio(s).
Responsible to achieve P&L (Profit and Loss), customer satisfaction and similar organization goals.
Drive the creation of annual business plan/strategy where in the targets for the following Financial Year (Revenue, People) are finalised together with the strategy to achieve the same.
Develop and manage TCS? relationship with the Customers at all levels from operational to tactical to CXO Levels.
Responsible for achieving high customer satisfaction goals.
Provide consulting services to the customer.
Develop value added consulting solutions for the customer.
Partner with the customers and provide them opportunities to benefit from TCS thought leadership.
Responsible along with the other sales team for Nordics growth and performance per the revenue and profitability targets.
Identify new opportunities in market and convert into GTM initiatives.
Perform bid manager role and liaise with other internal groups in driving the completion of our response.
Perform solution and pricing validation according to the competency area as and when required.
Manage the learning and development of the teams involved in serving Nordics customers.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor?s degree in Computer engineering or Electronics engineering
Fluent in English. Knowing other Nordic languages is a plus
Experience in management consulting, sales and pre-sales
At least 10 years? experience in the following:
IT management consulting, pre-sales, sales and IT Services delivery
Business development and creating GTM strategy
CXO level client relationship management
Leading engagements and developing solutions for clients
Working with Telco EV organizations.
Experience of delivery management in an Onsite/ Offshore model
