We are looking for a [JOB AD TITEL]. Depending on actual business requirements travel within Nordic and abroad will be required from time to time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible to achieve Profit and Loss, customer satisfaction and similar organization goals
• Drive the creation of annual business plan where in the targets are finalized together with the strategy to achieve the same
• Develop and manage TCS? relationship with the Customers at all levels from operational to tactical to CXO Levels
• Develop value added consulting solutions for the customer
• Responsible along with the other sales team for Nordics growth and performance per the revenue and profitability targets
• Identify new opportunities in market and convert into GTM initiatives
• Perform bid manager role and liaise with other internal groups in driving the completion of our response
• Perform solution and pricing validation according to the competency area as and when required
• Manage the learning and development of the teams involved in serving Nordics customers

The associate would be engaging with senior leadership with in TCS for sales and delivery excellence for the customer relationship. The associate would also engage with the TCS Partner Network in the Nordic countries for business development activity.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelors degree in Computer or Electronics engineering
• Fluent in English. Other Nordic languages is a plus
• Experience in management consulting, sales and pre-sales
• 10+ Years of experience working with Telco EV organizations.
• Very good knowledge & understanding of offerings, processes and operations in an offshore centric environment
• Experience of working with CXO level client stakeholders
• Experience in developing consulting offerings and solutions
• Experience of delivery management in an Onsite/ Offshore model
