This position could be located In France (Lyon), Sweden (Göteborg) and Belgium (Gent). You will be a key player in building the future of Group IT IOS Service Management organization. At Volvo Group we are actively working to establish teams that will take maximum advantage of the strengths inherent in differences in knowledge, experience, age, gender, nationality etc You will work in the Service & Project Portfolio Management team, which is in charge of two main topics: * Infrastructure: strategic planning, project and program management, network management to contribute to infrastructure service development projects* End-user portfolio: Project portfolio management, catalogue You missions : The Project Manager is responsible for initiating, planning, executing, controlling and closing processes throughout a project. As a result, you will need to: * Manage the project according to Volvo Group Project Management Methods, Templates, Tools, Policies, Guidelines and Processes* Plan, organize, report and follow up the assignment* Manage the project scope, time, cost, quality, communication, risks and procurement* Ensure that the deliverables are produced according to the agreed cost, time and quality* Ensure that the project delivers in accordance with the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)* Manage the project team in the scope of the assignment, and distribute the work to the staff within the scope of the assignment* Manage the stakeholders, regularly communicate information, regularly report the plans, results and deviations* Ensure Change Management activities, communication, organizational changes, competence requirements, deployment strategy, training and roll-outYour profile * University/Master's Degree or equivalent in relevant area* 5 years of experience in a similar position* Service oriented mindset and business mindset* Experience and general knowledge of IT infrastructure services* Experience and proficient project management and change management skills* Strong communicator with good presentation skills* Being able to interact with all levels at a partner/stakeholder.* Leadership skills, experience to lead a project team in a multicultural environment* Complete proficiency in English* Knowledge of AGILE methodologies is an advantage.
