We are looking for a Business Project Leader!
Description
The Product Strategy, Innovation & Management department is incorporated inside the NEVS organization and has the overall responsibilities for defining next generation products including services and to lead ongoing assignments.
As an adaptive team player within the Product Strategy, Innovation & Management team, the described role focusses on driving and cross-functionally coordinating the execution of a major development project, both from a technological and business perspective. This includes collaborate (internally & externally), accelerate and smoothly connecting associated activities to NEVS' product portfolio roadmap. The role involves:
- Lead the assignment with all its aspects, deliver results in time with agreed quality and cost.
- Manage cross functional teams and stakeholders by using leadership skills.
- Lead Enable team meetings and active participation in Product board- and similar meetings
- Optimize the use of resources within NEVS and NEVS Group in cooperation with peers
- Anchor decisions, development and status with the organization
We are looking for someone who has:
- University degree or equivalent experience
- Long experience as a project leader, preferably within automotive industry
- Experience from international projects, working experience from China is beneficial
- Excellent knowledge and skills in English, both written and spoken, and Chinese is beneficial
- Experience with Agile Management is beneficial
To be successful in this role, you need to:
- Have analytical and business skills
- Be open minded and be able to adapt to new challenges, cultures and a working environment where you never fully know where the day will lead you
- Be able to establish good business relationships and be able to take business decisions on a daily basis
- Have good team- and communications skills

Terms
NEVS is a member of the Engineering Industries and covered by current collective bargaining agreement signed by Unionen / Sveriges Ingenjörer / Ledarna.
