Job Description
Now we are looking for a colleague to the Experience Adoption Team to our client, which is a global fashion company in Stockholm. Their mission is to guide and inspire their colleagues to adopt a modern digital workplace to increase efficiency for all colleagues, within the group globally for all brands. They enable a fast and efficient adoption of the Colleague Experience products.
Your mail tasks as a member of the Experience Adoption Team:
• Aid the digital workplace change journeys
• Recommend different broadcast and live event solutions
• Support our organization carrying out different kinds of broadcast and live event solutions
• Create manuals, training, advertisements, and video promotion material around the broadcast rooms.
The Adoption teams work is important to get full effect of Colleague Experience investments. This is done by enabling their colleagues to work more efficiently with modern Colleague Experience tools. The Adoption team drive change towards a modern digital workplace. They do this by stablish a Community and foster new behaviors. To aid adoption in the organization they feed inspiration and motivation to adopt, learn and evolve in a modern workplace. They drive efficient adoption by motivation and inspiration of their colleagues to use digital tools and by advocating for the Colleague Experience products.
Personal qualities
You have an ability to understand and analyze complex information and share it in effective and powerful communications as well as have an ability to understand people psychology and to connect to people to encourage new behaviors.
You are flexible, creative, well-organized, and resourceful. You are self-motivated and does not need to be told what to do, you take own initiatives. You like to work in a fast pace and your social skills are high. You enjoy working in a team but will still be able to work independently within the frame of a project.
Admission and Application
Full time position. The position will start 2021-03-01, and the assignment is expected to run until 2021-08-31, with possible extension. For this assignment you will be employed by JobBusters as a consultant at our client. Submit your application in ENGLISH as soon as interviews are ongoing.
