hela Sverige The role includes coaching and training Swedish executives and business leaders within law, financial services and IT, as well as other sectors, in how to communicate, present, write and socialise using the English language.
Details: The position is located in Stockholm, where our consultants work at client sites, usually within the central areas of the city. We will also consider qualified applicants from other areas of Sweden that are willing to commute to Stockholm at least 2-3 days/week as well as work locally when possible. The job includes coaching blue chip executives and managers (mainly within banking, law and IT organisations) to communicate, present, write and socialise using the English language. Our clients are generally upper intermediate to near native English speakers, which is why the role demands more of a coaching approach and an understanding of corporate environments, rather than a classroom approach. This is an essential factor when applying for this position.
Qualifications: The applicant needs to be a graduate within the areas of law or business or have adequate experience from the commercial world. A TEFL diploma is an advantage but not a prerequisite; however we expect an impeccable knowledge of the English language. A working history of at least 5 years post graduation is a prerequisite. Please note that only native speakers of English will be considered.
Compensation: The role is freelance but we will assist in all legal and practical matters when it comes to finding accommodation, tax rules, etc. Starting salary is approximately SEK450/academic hour (45 min) gross (before social service charges and tax).
