Your role
We are seeking strong Business Development Representatives to join our team. Establishing the initial install base for Juni in across our clients globally. Working closely with key stakeholders across the company, you will be responsible for establishing a clinical sales pipeline, negotiating and building the funnel for deals. This is a hands-on position in a company expecting to go through fast growth, and a fast-growing market.
Your responsibilities
In this role you'll:
Establish a new client base for Juni, building clinical sales pipelines
Work closely with the Account Executives and other key stakeholders to build the sales funnel
Proactively develop and get leads in by leveraging personal and professional networks
Attend (for now) online events that drive new business, eventually, you will join in-person events.
Present the Juni product and technology to potential clients
Meet or exceed sales targets agreed with leadership
Proactively identify sales pipeline risks and develop mitigation plans
Serve as a voice of the customer of all challenges/opportunities that exist within their areas
Ensure compliance in our sales process

Within 1 month you'll:
Engage with the funnel of leads, and reach out to prospective customers.
Understand how Juni works, get integrated with your team and hit the ground running when it comes to your role.
Sign up your first Juni customer

Within 3 months you'll:
Getting the best deals in the pipeline by hunting and qualifying leads
Other crew members say they're learning a lot and are more productive because of you, you're firing on all cylinders and identifying ways we can improve processes!
Have helped us go to market much quicker - our velocity has increased significantly

Within 6 months you'll:
You'll identify new tools / methods / sales processes that work best
You'll be charging up for a great end of the year pipeline and exceeding your targets

Your qualifications
What we need to see:
1+ years of experience as a Business Development Representative within e-commerce, Affiliate Marketing, Performance Marketing
Strong & creative negotiation skills
Critical thinker and extremely data-driven: this is performance-based marketing not engagement/brand.

What we'd love to see:
A strong client list and network within e-commerce, Affiliate Marketing, Performance Marketing.
