We are looking for a Business Development Manager, SAP Services. Depending on actual business requirements travel within Nordic and abroad will be required from time to time.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible along with the other sales team for growth and performance per the revenue and profitability targets for SAP HANA and SAP Business Intelligence and Performance Management technologies including SAP HANA, SAP BW and SAP Business Objects and SAP BPC portfolio
• Advisory on SAP HANA infrastructure including HANA Sizing, Architecture options e.g. System replication, Storage replication, HANA extended tables, Near line storage and hosting options like HEC
• Responsible to achieve customer satisfaction and similar organization goals
• Drive the creation of annual business plan/strategy where in the targets for the following Financial Year (Revenue, People) are finalised together with the strategy to achieve the same
• Provide consulting services to the customers of TCS Nordics and Europe in general
• Develop value added consulting solutions and offerings
• Work with TCS customers and prospects provide them opportunities to benefit from TCS thought leadership
• Identify new opportunities in market and convert into Go To Market initiatives
• Perform Solution Architect role and liaise with other internal groups in driving the completion of RFP responses
• Manage the learning and development of the teams involved in serving Nordic and European customers
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
At least 15 years? experience in the following:
• IT management consulting, pre-sales, sales and IT Services delivery
• Business development and creating GTM strategy
• CxO level client relationship management
• Leading engagements and developing solutions for clients
• Specific focus on SAP HANA including S4HANA, Suite on HANA, BW on HANA, Business Intelligence and Performance Management, SAP HANA, SAP BW, SAP BO, BIG DATA and Data Mining
• Master?s degree or equivalent in Business Administration
• Bachelor?s degree in Computer Engi
