hela Sverige As Business Development Manager, you will drive the business development of consulting and development services. You will play an important role in addressing customer and industry needs by aligning development efforts and taking part in steering committees of on-going consulting and development projects. Included in your responsibilities will be to manage budget for our entire development and consulting portfolio. Other important parts of your work will be to:
• Set up and follow through on business plan.
• Proactively drive and follow-up leads and project pursuits.
• Actively pursue and apply for funding.
• Align our product development efforts with future market needs.
• Prepare, review and approve proposal specifications
• Prepare cost calculations.
• Develop and make presentations of our consulting and development capability
At the center of events, you will be the first point of contact for external partners in regards to digitalization, consulting and development. You will also work in close collaboration with customers, as well as with sales, R&D, product management and development departments. Together with our stake-holders, you will create a successful future for our business.
You are a confident and driven leader with focus on execution and reaching results. Given your market and competitor awareness, and your networking skills, you will be a great asset to our business and our future success.
You hold a Master of Science and experience exceeding three years in automation solutions. It is advantageous with experience in development, engineering, sales and business development of control and automation systems. You may currently work with technical sales at an automation systems integrator or within a similar business. Fluency in English and Swedish is a must, written and spoken alike.
