Are you our new Business Developer superstar who will drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition? The is a fulltime position based in Lund/Malmö with a hybrid working model.
About the position
We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Business Developer to take ownership of building and nurturing customer relationships while driving revenue growth. This position combines the hunter mindset of identifying and acquiring new business with the farmer mindset of cultivating long-term customer and partner relationships.
As the first point of contact for new prospects, you will actively research and qualify opportunities, guide them through the sales funnel, and support the closing process. To support these efforts, you will also contribute to marketing activities (content creation, events, campaigns, etc).
Tasks and Responsibilities
Sales Development
Identify, research, and engage new prospects in target markets
Generate qualified leads and build relationships to expand the customer base
Develop tailored outreach strategies (email, LinkedIn, phone, events) to create new opportunities
Conduct needs assessments and match prospects with appropriate solutions
Arrange and participate in sales meetings and demos in collaboration with sales closers
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within current accounts
Follow up with prospects and clients to ensure satisfaction and continued engagement
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them get maximum value from our solutions
Provide input to product and marketing teams based on customer feedback

Marketing and Content Support
Support the marketing team in creating engaging content (case studies, presentations, blogs, social media posts, etc.)
Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to reach the right stakeholders
Contribute to organizing and coordinating company events, trade shows, and webinars
Provide input on marketing messaging based on market and customer insights

We are a relatively small company with employees from 10+ different nationalities. Signifikant's small organisation will enable you to have a big impact on our company, your ideas and work will make a difference. In additional to your colleagues within the sales and marketing function, you will also work closely with the CEO and the Vice CEO.
The ideal candidate is expected to have
University degree at the bachelor's level or above. Educational or professional background in Sales, Business Development, or Management is an advantage (5+ years of previous experience)
Previous experience within software industry or manufacturing (We provide a specialised IT solution for manufacturers)
Excellent communication skills, especially spoken and written English (Swedish/German/French is an added advantage)
Knowledge of tools such as CRM software, Sales Engagement/Automation, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and time management skills; a self-motivated go-getter
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both customers and partners
