The mission of the Merchandising unit in Sales is to meet and create customer and consumer demand through product offer optimization and activation.
In the Business Developer role within Merchandising you will play a key role in leading and coordinating projects and initiatives connected to Merchandising within the Sales Functions scope. This is an opportunity to step into a role where you can have a lot of impact on shaping this new role and its contribution to the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and drive projects connected to merchandising
Contribute to brand plan initiatives from Merchandising
Explore and identify future business areas
Support bigger projects and initiatives bringing merchandising experience and competences
Actively assure that our developments are aligned with commercial priorities, product focuses as well as current customer demands and needs
Qualifications
In this role it is important to be able to communicate in a clear way and to be able to influence and communicate with many different stakeholders. You need to have a drive to work with constant improvement, with strong analysis and merchandising understanding as the base.
What you need to succeed:
A University degree in Business, Economics/ Finance, or similar knowledge from experience
3+ years of experience in roles within merchandising, e-commerce, business development, business strategy or similar field.
Experience within inventory management is highly meritorious.
Strong communication skills
Previous experience within formal or informal leadership
Project Management skills
Business Accumen
Analytical skills and ability to translate data into clear insights as a base for decisions
Stakeholder Management skills

This is a full-time position and the team is placed in Stockholm.
