About this opportunity
Welcome to Transaction Monitoring Customer & Partner Service Delivery Management. As a Business Developer, you will play an important role in ensuring our team is well equipped to fight financial crime.
Our team of four is a newly established one within GFCP. Not only is it part of a wider experienced and knowledgeable Transaction Monitoring function. Our unit engage with various stakeholders across GFCP and Nordea bank to understand and evaluate changes impacting Financial Crime controls across various jurisdictions. This creates an opportunity to build on your knowledge of the business and your role within it.

What you'll be doing:
* Automate, visualize and combine data from different tools on country level (e.g. Power BI and Tableau) with the aim of showing trends influencing high-level decisions
* Building and maintaining strong working relationships with relevant stakeholders to ensure insight into resource availability for handling known changes to alert volumes
* Tracking & reporting available capacity e.g. where surplus is identified and allocated pr. country level
* Build a strong reporting functionality to enable real time monitoring of FTEs, which will support the team and management in adjusting work and strategies
* Enhanced data collaboration between relevant units. We want to automate data integration and reduce current manual tasks to work more efficient
* Present material in smaller settings with confidence, expressing opinions, information and key points of an argument in a logical and clear way
* Structure analysis or research in a logical way, taking outset in end goal to ensure efficient process, and draw conclusions and present data in an easily digestible format

You'll join a team where you can bring your talent and engagement to work in an international and dynamic environment. The role is based in either Helsinki; Stockholm; Tallinn; ód.

Your experience and background:
* A proactive individual with commercial mindset who has good communications skill and can exchange ideas and relate to people from all parts of the organization
* Have experience in developing analytical and MI dashboards using BI tools (e.g. Qlik Sense, Power BI, Tableau, Apache Superset)
* Are proficient in handling large volumes of data and utilizing data analytics tools (e.g. Excel, Power Query)
* Good presentation skills in communication to various stakeholders
* The desire to build a strong reporting line in order to understand impact on Financial Crime controls and its available capacity across different jurisdictions
* A team player with the curiosity to understand the ongoing nature and impact of existing and emerging impact
* Have a strong expertise in working with databases
