As a Business Controller within the Finance Function you will be responsible for two operating units in Sweden. You will be part of the management team of the units and you will be the speaking partner for all financial matters. Your day-to-day work*Ensure that the organization receives accurate analysis of financial information needed for strategic decisions.*Scenario simulations to identify cost drivers and financial impact of operational decisions.*Monitor Key Performance Indicators and drive activities to improve efficiency and reduce waste*Monthly closing, follow-up and analysis, participation in management meetings and provide business support.*Standard Cost Calculation, Business Plan and ForecastWe expect you to have*University degree in finance and/or business administration*At least 5 years of experience from operational controlling, preferably within real estate or manufacturing*Sound knowledge of SAP FI and CO*Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken is a requirement.You will enjoy working here if youFeel comfortable challenging status quo and taking an active role in management meetings. You have excellent communication skills and you feel comfortable to interact with high level executives.
